The Results
What we did
OS Studios partnered with Red Bull to produce the Home Ground World Final in New York City, delivering full-scale live event production across Manhattan Center. From stage build and venue transformation to tournament flow, branding, and audience experience, the event was engineered as both a competitive proving ground and a global content moment.
How we did it
Built a Two-Floor Tournament Ecosystem
Hammerstein Ballroom operated as the hero stage for finals weekend, while the Grand Ballroom upstairs was configured as practice rooms and competitive space. This dual-venue structure allowed seamless player movement, reduced downtime, and tight broadcast cadence.
Designed for Broadcast First
The show was engineered to read powerfully on stream while still delivering visceral in-room energy. Lighting states, stage depth, LED architecture, and camera lines were optimized for global distribution across Red Bull Gaming channels.
Structured for Competitive Drama
The format progressed from play-ins to a high-stakes finals weekend, culminating in a Best-of-Five Grand Final. The bracket design ensured sustained tension and storylines across all four days.
Embedded Creator Culture
Co-streamers were not an add-on. They were physically integrated into the venue plan, ensuring live reactions, real-time amplification, and organic content capture throughout the tournament.
Delivered a Full Fan Journey
From entry moments and merch to player hospitality and a closing night celebration, every touchpoint reinforced Home Ground as more than a tournament. It became a destination event.
